How Do I Place an order? 

Please place your order in writing using our Order form and fax to 0207 183 9223. You may also place your order by email to info@overthetoprentals.co.uk. However if you have any queries please don’t hestitate to call us on 0207 183 2234.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Is there a minimum-order requirement? 
Over The Top Rentals does not require a minimum order.
What are your payment terms? 
A non refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation and all balances must be paid in full 48 hours prior to your order leaving our warehouse.
Can I pay by cheque? 
Personal and business cheques are accepted. An additional charge will be applied if checks are returned for insufficient funds. All cheques should be written out to “Over The Top Rentals LTD”.
What is your policy for Delivered orders? 
Over The Top Rentals standard delivery days are Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Friday9am to 3pm. Orders will be dropped off and picked up from the same location. Our standard coverage area is within the M25. Deliveries outside our standard coverage area, shipped orders, deliveries with specific time requirements or to locations with limited access will incur additional fees.
Does Over the Top Rentals pick up the linens after the event? 
Yes, we offer pick-up services in all areas to which we deliver. Late night and holiday charges may apply for any pickups after 5 p.m. and/or during public holidays.
Can I pick up my order? 
Orders can be picked up from our premises please call to arrange a time.
Do you ship linens? 
Orders outside our standard coverage area will be shipped using an outside carrier. When appropriate, please provide us with your account information for direct billing with an outside carrier. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice once the details of your shipment are confirmed. Unless otherwise specified, your order will arrive at least one or two business days prior to your event and must be shipped back to us the next business day following your event.
Do your prices include delivery and shipping? 
No. Prices reflect the rental rate only. Please call our office for exact delivery pricing.  However an order comprising of more than 20 tablecloths, will not incur a delivery charge if it is within our standard coverage area. 
Can I cancel or adjust my order? 

You can cancel or make changes to your order up to 48 hours prior to it leaving our warehouse, however your initial deposit remains non refundable. We recommend faxing or emailing any changes.

Do I have to pay for linens that I donít use? 
We must charge for all linens picked-up, delivered or shipped to you. You may cancel or make changes up to 48 hours prior to delivery. It is always best to order a few extra items, especially with shipped orders and weekend events, to accommodate last-minute needs.
What if items are missing from my delivery? 

You are responsible for ordered items from the time of delivery to the time of return, so check all items carefully upon receipt. Immediately report any issues by calling our main office line during our regular business hours.

Will I be charged for damaged or missing items upon return? 
Items burned, stained or otherwise damaged beyond future use will incur a replacement fee of 3 times the rental price.
How can I help prevent missing or damaged linens? 
Make sure that care is used when removing linens, especially from tables with candles. Hot wax can severely damage fine linens, therefore candles should not be placed directly on the tablecloths but in holders that will prevent the wax from dripping onto the tablecloths. Be sure that candles are extinguished and that the wax has solidified before they are removed. If linens are wet, please air dry before bagging. This will help to avoid mildew damage. Be sure that all linens are placed in the bags provided with your order and left in the same location for pick-up.
How do I package linens to be returned? 
When you receive your order you will see that we have sent large bags with our company logo “Over the Top Rentals”.  Linens should be air dried then placed in these bags, maximum 10 linens per bag and tied securely on top. When using a courier service we will send you instructions with the delivery.
What is the deadline for the return of linens? 

All linens are due back at Over The Top Rentals on the return date indicated on your invoice.

Over The Top Rentals reserves the right to charge a 20% surcharge of the final invoice for items returned after the date indicated on your invoice.

Usually the return date is the first regular business day after the event.
